Surprise! There’s a town named Surprise in Arizona, so named because the founder commented that she’d be surprised if the one square mile town with one gas station amounted to much. Today it’s a thriving small city topping 110,000 in population less than an hour from Phoenix.  

This family home in the Greer Ranch neighborhood had a leaky kitchen faucet which needed replacement. Plumbing skills and experience are imperative, even for something as simple as replacing a kitchen faucet. The obvious is not always the only issue at hand, and sure enough, upon professional inspection by our plumber, another leak was discovered under the sink. The leaks are repaired, and the shiny, new, modern faucet is attractive as well as functional. No surprise there. We value quality plumbing work as much as our clients.
