This family home in the Greer Ranch neighborhood had a leaky kitchen faucet which needed replacement. Plumbing skills and experience are imperative, even for something as simple as replacing a kitchen faucet. The obvious is not always the only issue at hand, and sure enough, upon professional inspection by our plumber, another leak was discovered under the sink.
